We are thrilled to announce that the Youth Village, in partnership with Afro Caribbean Business Network (ACBN), is hosting their second of three FREE events. This online event will focus on sharing insights on national and global market trends and opportunities. It will provide networking time for you to connect with other entrepreneurs. Whether you’re thinking of starting a business or are an established business owner, this event is for you!
Gain insights on local and global market opportunities from Moses Richu, Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company to support your entrepreneurial aspirations. He has a wealth of experience in early stage venture investing, entrepreneurship, banking, the public sector and global energy & materials practices.
Black Generations United: Exploring Global Opportunities will provide an all-Black space for intergenerational conversations among young and mature Black entrepreneurs in southern Ontario to strengthen an ecosystem of Black entrepreneurs. This project is funded by the Government of Canada through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario).
Here’s what you can expect:
- Build connections and networks to start or grow your own business;
- Learn more about local and global market opportunities;
- Grow through intergenerational knowledge exchange with other Black entrepreneurs; and,
- Win prizes!
The first 40 people to register will be entered into a draw to win* a prize to support your entrepreneurial work.
